How to Apply
To apply for the Maisin Scholar Award, you must submit a completed application packet by March 5, 2010. If you mail the packet, it must be postmarked by March 5, 2010. You are also welcome to drop-off the packet at our office. We recommend calling first. Please note that we do NOT accept applications via fax or e-mail.
A completed application packet must contain the following documents:
- Application Form
- Personal Essay
- Two Letters of Recommendation
- Copy of High School Transcripts
